You pay for your online order through iDeal, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Maestro, ApplePay, Klarna, Paypal, Sofort Banking, Bancontact, Giropay or bank transfer. Additional transfer costs for bank transfers from abroad are borne by the buyer.


Delivery time

All products are in stock unless stated otherwise. Orders placed before 3:00 PM and paid with iDeal, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Maestro or Paypal are usually shipped the same (working) day. The delivery time for orders within the Netherlands is 1 to 2 working days. We ship within the Netherlands with PostNL. If you have not received your order within 4 days, please contact us via so we can find out where your package is located.

Damaged goods

If something happened to your package during shipment and the contents of your package are broken or damaged, send a photo of the damaged package, the damaged goods and your order number to so we can immediately solve the problem.



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days after delivery date. Before you return your purchase please send an email with track-and-trace-code to so we know your parcel is on its way. After the 14-day period we cannot accept your return unfortunately.

Returning your package within the Netherlands will cost you €6,95. If you would like to return a product of a higher value, we advise you to send the package insured. Items with signs of use, scratches or damages will be rejected and returned to sender.

Please place the item in the original shipping box or any other solid carton box, fill out this return form and put it inside the box. Please securely close and tape it. Once your return has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method within 7 days.
